SUMMER TIME!!!

It's a GREAT time to think about a home purchase!  For some of you, it is your primary residence as well as your biggest investment. Make sure that you use a Realtor to guide you through the process. For everyone though, the deals are still out there, a ton of foreclosure activity has really opened the market up for rehabbers, etc. as long as you do your homework and your Realtor does his/hers as well. 

If you visit my "Home Search" page and fill out a short submission form, I'll set you up on a search of our MLS system. Searching alone on the internet just doesn't give you all of the properties out there, so many options now. Don't worry, I won't call you unless you call me first. If you are set up on a search and want to view the property, call me then and I'd be glad to get you in the door to see it.

Definitely read the Buyers page. Everyone needs their own representation, don't call the name on the sign. Call me, YOUR agent!
